As Account Manager within the Distribution Channel Development team, you are the first point of contact for the Lely Centers in your area. You connect Lely's commercial and service priorities into one aligned approach and support the medium- and long-term professionalization, growth and performance of our premium distribution channel. You work closely with Lely Center Managers, Sales Managers and Service Managers and report to the Manager DCD.
Your main activities
- Act as the main liaison between the Manager Propositions team and the Lely Centers, ensuring clear, centralized and streamlined communication.
- Engage regularly with Lely Center management teams, both on-site and online, to review development agendas, five-year plans, annual budgets and KPIs. Each Lely Center should be visited at least once per quarter.
- Support Lely Centers in achieving budget targets and strategic goals by steering on agreed KPIs, identifying performance gaps and translating them into relevant action plans.
- Provide input for Lely Center improvement plans and use CRM data and market insights to support annual budget targets and business development.
- Support the Manager DCD in creating and executing five-year development plans with Lely Centers, including clear goals, priorities and follow-up actions.
- Facilitate the development of Sales and Service resources with Business Team specialists, guide proposition-focused activities for targeted customer groups, and promote customer-centric practices that strengthen market share and NPS/Customer Experience.

- Have a strong commercial focus and the ability to drive continuous development in both small and large businesses.
- Have a solid background in business management and experience in account management, network development or a comparable commercial role.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge, persuade and influence stakeholders while building strong partnerships.
- Have strong technical and market understanding to support sound tactical and strategic decision-making.
- Are comfortable working with CRM, ERP and other sales, service and order-management tools.
- Are willing to travel regularly. Knowledge of the agricultural or dairy environment is an advantage. An intermediate level of English is required.
