Lennar is one of the largest homebuilders in the United States, headquartered in Miami, Florida, building and selling single-family homes for first-time, move-up, luxury and active adult buyers. Founded in 1954 and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the Fortune 500 company builds in markets across many states and also offers mortgage and title services to its buyers through Lennar Mortgage and Lennar Title. It hires new home consultants, construction and land development managers, purchasing agents, marketing coordinators, accountants and corporate technology staff such as software and cloud engineers.

OVERVIEW: POWER THE FUTURE OF HIRING AT LENNAR

At Lennar, talent is the foundation of everything we build. As one of the nation's leading homebuilders and a Fortune 150 company, we are transforming how we attract, select, and hire great people. Technology sits at the center of that transformation, and we are looking for the leader who will own it.

As Sr. Manager, Recruiting Operations & Innovation, you will own the systems, processes, and partnerships that keep our Talent Acquisition engine running and getting better every quarter. You will manage the full TA technology stack, serve as the first line of support for our recruiting team, lead technology rollouts from roadmap to adoption, and shape a hiring experience that works for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates alike.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will be empowered to make decisions, own initiatives end to end, and build the team that scales this function over time. This role is ideal for a builder: someone equal parts systems expert, operator, and change agent who thrives where strategy, technology, and execution meet.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

TA Technology Ownership & Roadmap

  • Own the end-to-end TA technology ecosystem, with Workday Recruiting at the core, along with integrated sourcing, CRM, scheduling, assessment, and AI tools.
  • Partner with HR Technology and IT to define and maintain the multi-year TA technology roadmap, aligned to business priorities and the TA vision.
  • Drive the configuration, optimization, and governance of our systems to ensure data integrity, compliance, and scalability.
  • Partner with the TA AI Champion to identify and deploy automation and AI capabilities that remove manual work and elevate recruiter impact.
  • Stay ahead of emerging HR tech, AI, and market trends so Lennar Talent Acquisition remains future ready.

Tier 1 Support & Team Enablement

  • Serve as the Tier 1 support resource for the TA team, resolving system issues, answering how-to questions, and escalating to HR Tech, IT, or vendors when needed.
  • Track support trends to uncover root causes and turn recurring issues into permanent fixes, training, or system enhancements.
  • Manage and evolve the TA Knowledge Center so job aids, guides, and process documentation stay current, clear, and easy to use.
  • Partner with the Recruiter Excellence team to design and deliver scalable training that accelerates adoption and builds system fluency.

Technology Rollouts & Change Adoption

  • Lead TA technology implementations and rollouts from business requirements and vendor selection through configuration, testing, launch, and hypercare.
  • Build change management and communication plans that drive real adoption, not just go-lives, across recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
  • Define success metrics for every rollout and measure utilization, ROI, and impact after launch.
  • Own internal TA communications on system releases, process updates, and operational changes.

Quarterly Planning & Portfolio Management

  • Lead quarterly TA technology planning, prioritizing enhancements, releases, and projects against business value, effort, and capacity.
  • Maintain roadmaps, timelines, and project plans in Asana, keeping initiatives on track and visible to all stakeholders.
  • Manage Workday release cycles, assessing impact, coordinating testing, and preparing the team for change.
  • Deliver clear updates, insights, and recommendations to TA leadership, influencing decisions with data.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Own day-to-day relationships with TA technology vendors and agency partners, holding them accountable to performance, service levels, and value.
  • Lead vendor evaluations, RFPs, and business cases for new solutions, partnering with Procurement and Legal on contracts and renewals.
  • Monitor tool utilization and license spend to maximize the return on every technology investment.
  • Manage contractor intake and tracking through Monument and support onboarding of new vendors and partners.

Process Optimization

  • Map and streamline recruiting workflows across the full hiring lifecycle, from requisition to offer to onboarding.
  • Use recruiting data and system analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements that increase speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Partner with HR Operations, People Analytics, and Onboarding to ensure seamless handoffs and clean, reliable data.
  • Build feedback loops that surface pain points and drive accountability for follow-through.

Experience: Recruiter, Hiring Manager & Candidate

  • Own the end-to-end hiring experience for all three audiences, designing systems and processes that are simple, intuitive, and efficient.
  • Recruiter Experience: reduce administrative burden and equip recruiters with the tools, automation, and insights they need to focus on hiring great talent.
  • Hiring Manager Experience: make requisitions, reviews, interviews, and approvals easy and transparent for leaders across the business.
  • Candidate Experience: deliver a fast, mobile-friendly, and engaging journey that reflects the Lennar brand from first click to first day.
  • Gather feedback through surveys and listening sessions, track experience metrics, and act on what we learn.

Leadership & Team Building

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the TA functional teams, including Systems & Technology, Process Optimization, and Recruiter Excellence, to keep initiatives connected and aligned.
  • Build and scale the Recruiting Operations & Innovation team over time, defining roles, hiring top talent, and developing future leaders.
  • Act as a bridge between Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, IT, and the business, leading through influence as well as authority.

WHAT YOU BRING

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, or HR Operations, including 5+ years of hands-on TA technology experience.
  • Deep, hands-on Workday experience, ideally Workday Recruiting, including configuration, business processes, reporting, and release management.
  • Proven implementation experience leading TA or HR technology deployments end to end, from requirements and vendor selection through launch and adoption.
  • Track record of managing vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
  • Strong project management skills with experience delivering cross-functional initiatives on time and on budget.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn recruiting and system metrics into strategy and measurable results.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a talent for making the complex simple for recruiters, leaders, and executives.
  • Comfort leading through change and ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred

  • Workday Recruiting certification or Workday Pro designation.
  • Experience with conversational AI, recruitment marketing, CRM, scheduling, or assessment platforms and their integrations with Workday.
  • Experience applying AI and automation in recruiting workflows.
  • Experience in high-volume or multi-state recruiting environments.
  • Experience building or leading a team.
  • Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • PMP, Prosci, or similar project or change management certification.
