Responsibilities:

  • Build reusable AI services, SDKs, APIs, and platform components using Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Design and implement scalable RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, chunking, and retrieval strategies.
  • Integrate LLMs and AI APIs for chat, embeddings, structured outputs, tool calling, and multimodal use cases.
  • Develop AI orchestration and agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Build platform capabilities for prompt management, response validation, guardrails, observability, and governance.
  • Evaluate and optimise AI systems for accuracy, latency, cost, security, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Frontend, and Backend teams to deliver enterprise-grade, reusable AI foundations across multiple products.
