- Manages and supervises the HR Business Partner org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to HR Business Partner
- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
Functional accountability for HR Business Partner on country/site- level
- Education Level : University Degree in a relevant field
- Language: Fluent English & French
- Experience : Min 7 years in the HR field with a minimum of 3 years in Leadership position.
