We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Operations Leads Coordinator Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in data management, lead tracking, and sales process optimization. The ideal candidate will support our Revenue Operations team by ensuring accurate lead data, facilitating seamless communication between departments, and assisting with process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain lead data in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in lead assignment processes, ensuring leads are routed to the appropriate sales representatives promptly.
• Monitor lead flow to identify gaps or delays and propose solutions for improvement.
• Support the Revenue Operations team in tracking and reporting on lead conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation initiatives.
• Assist in building and refining lead scoring models to improve sales efficiency.
• Participate in data cleansing projects to ensure CRM data integrity.
• Help develop documentation for lead management processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with data and CRM platforms (experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Work Environment

This is a part-time, in-office internship requiring approximately 20-30 hours per week, with a maximum of 30 hours per week. The schedule can be coordinated based on business needs and availability.
