Wat ga je doen?
- ERP-systemen: Verantwoordelijk voor het functioneel beheer, de configuratie en continue verbetering van het centrale ERP-platform.
- Business applicaties: Nauw samenwerken met internationale key users en proceseigenaren om kritische applicaties rond productie, supply chain, logistiek en finance te stroomlijnen.
- Integraties: Bewaken en optimaliseren van interfaces en data-integraties tussen het ERP-systeem en omliggende bedrijfsapplicaties.
- Change management: Vertaalslag maken van functionele wensen naar concrete IT-oplossingen, inclusief opvolging met externe implementatiepartners.
- Doorgroei: Het perspectief om op termijn door te groeien naar een sturende of leidinggevende rol binnen het applicatieteam.
Wie zoeken we?
- Ervaring met enterprise ERP-systemen (ongeacht het specifieke pakket; analytisch inzicht en systeemkennis primeren).
- Goed inzicht in industriële en logistieke bedrijfsprocessen (zoals sales, productie, voorraad en finance).
- Kennis van of sterke affiniteit met applicatiebeheer en data-integraties.
- Communicatief sterk, pragmatisch en in staat om als tolk te fungeren tussen business en development.
- Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels.
- Bereid om hoofdzakelijk on-site in Hove te werken, met flexibele uren en structurele ruimte voor hybride thuiswerk.
