岗位描述 / Responsibilities
1、深入理解并设计开发游戏服务端代码，包括服务器结构和逻辑等;
2、负责游戏服务端架构设计和核心功能开发并撰写相关技术文档;
3、负责网络游戏服务器从开发发布到上线维护，一整条流程的支持，以及服务端性能优化与架构改进;
4、与跨部门人员保持良好沟通，协助建立高效研发流程以及标准;
5、带领团队共同解决技术难题，并为产品设计提供技术评估。
岗位要求 / Requirements
1、本科及以上学历;
2、扎实掌握Java编程语言，有3年以上Java游戏服务器的实际项目开发经验;
3、参与或主导过小游戏项目，有上线项目经验优先。
