Description

Auto Product is simultaneously delivering today’s priorities while building the future through Frontier. We are seeking a strategic leader to help shape how the organization learns, improves, and scales as these efforts move forward in parallel.

As the Quality & Continuous Improvement Leader, you will play a key role in strengthening quality, improving organizational effectiveness, and helping teams continuously improve how work gets done across Win Now and Frontier. The role brings visibility to quality trends, recurring issues, partner performance, and improvement opportunities, turning insights into meaningful actions that improve outcomes across the organization.

This role turns data, feedback, and performance insights into practical action that improves outcomes for customers, employees, and the business. The leader works across Product, Technology, and key partners to strengthen quality, improve partner effectiveness, and embed sustainable ways of working. In partnership with stakeholders across the organization, this leader will develop and drive a holistic quality improvement roadmap that connects quality trends, root-cause insights, vendor performance, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement priorities into a coordinated strategy. The role ensures improvement efforts are measured, sustained, and aligned to the outcomes that matter most for customers, employees, and the business.

  • Own the Quality & Vendor Management capability across Auto Product, with clear visibility into quality trends, partner effectiveness, risks, and improvement priorities.
  • Establish a practical quality and continuous improvement framework that helps the organization get better over time.
  • Lead structured root-cause analysis and translate findings into sustainable improvements rather than short-term symptom management.
  • Develop quality reporting, scorecards, and leadership readouts that show trends, outcomes, risks, and actions.
  • Partner with vendors and consulting partners to improve outcomes, identify performance trends, and ensure external support remains aligned to organizational priorities and desired business outcomes.
  • Provide active performance and improvement support for Capgemini, Deloitte, and other external partners.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and vendor teams to improve handoffs, requirements quality, work readiness, and delivery outcomes.
  • Build and manage a continuous improvement backlog focused on measurable organizational effectiveness.
  • Create feedback loops between quality findings, requirements practices, planning routines, vendor management, and leadership decisions.
  • Track improvement actions through completion and measure whether changes produce sustained business outcomes.

Critical Success Factors

  • Strong analytical, pattern-recognition, and organizational effectiveness skills.
  • Experience with quality management, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and vendor management.
  • Ability to lead root-cause analysis without creating blame or unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Strong performance-management orientation with vendors and consulting partners.
  • Ability to translate data and qualitative feedback into practical recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership across Product, Technology, Operations, Capgemini, Deloitte, and other partners.
  • Ability to define measures that show whether improvements are sustained over time.
  • Strong communication skills for leadership reporting and improvement storytelling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or other quantitative field. 6 years, typically 8 years or more relevant work experience, typically 8 years. Master's degree beneficial.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software (e.g., SAS, Access).
  • Must have good planning, organization, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
  • Experience directly managing others preferred.
  • Excellent analytic, quantitative and problem-solving skills with proven ability to make and execute data driven decisions.
  • Advanced knowledge of product offerings, business processes, product line systems, underwriting rules, pricing plans and databases.
  • Strong understanding of insurance concepts and financial metrics.
