Location: Galleria Woods Senior Living
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday | 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Pay Rate: $21-$23 per hour, based on experience

Job SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining residential apartments and community common areas through timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and excellent customer service to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and emergency repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, doors, locks, and general maintenance
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment issues
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with HVAC troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Support community projects, building upkeep, and seasonal maintenance activities
- Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory
- Participate in on-call rotation and overtime as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- One to two years of maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (more with assistance)
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and ladder use
