Full-Time Operations & Compliance Coordinator

LightFeather is seeking a Full-Time Operations & Compliance Coordinator to support our daily business operations. In this role, you will help ensure compliance, accuracy, and accountability across teams while keeping internal processes on track and maintaining operational consistency. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. This is a Full-Time, On-site/Hybrid Position.

• Salary: $40,000-$45,000k annually

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track timesheets for all employees.
• Oversee government-furnished equipment (GFE) tracking, end-of-day (EOD) follow-ups, and daily operational workflows.
• Coordinate calendars to ensure meetings, invitations, and follow-ups are handled promptly.
• Maintain state compliance records and update company websites as needed.
• Prepare and update compliance reports, business development (BD) pipeline data, and contract data-call metrics.
• Take meeting minutes, track action items, and prepare weekly and biweekly meeting decks.
• Maintain and update Jira tickets to ensure visibility into tasks and progress.
• Handle resume updates, software tracking, and file organization across shared systems.
• Partner with part-time team members to prepare reports, training decks, and surveys.
• Conduct initial phone and video prescreens to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, availability, and salary expectations against position requirements.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and calendars.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline to provide a strong candidate experience.
• Track candidate statuses and notes accurately in the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a strong organizational or analytical emphasis.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with project-tracking tools or applicant tracking systems, such as Jira and Greenhouse.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Highly reliable and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
