Lightspeed is looking for an Associate Product Manager, Salesforce to join our Global Information Systems Team. In this role, you’ll help shape and improve the Salesforce tools and experiences that enable our Sales and Go-to-Market teams to work more effectively. You’ll be responsible for understanding the needs of our internal customers, identifying opportunities to improve processes and experiences, and translating those needs into clear, actionable product direction.

You’ll leverage product management best practices to help prioritize initiatives, define requirements, and support solutions that deliver meaningful value to the business. Working closely with development and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll bring ideas from concept through execution while ensuring we’re solving the right problems for our users. As the voice of the business, you’ll help connect business objectives with scalable technology solutions and play a key role in evolving our internal Salesforce ecosystem.

Location: We’re specifically seeking candidates based in the Montreal area who are comfortable working in a hybrid model and attending our Montreal HQ on a regular basis.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build trusted relationships and effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Go-to-Market, Product, Technology, and other business functions.

• Contribute to product roadmaps and feature prioritization based on business needs, user feedback, and organizational priorities.

• Understand and document business processes, requirements, user scenarios, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.

• Partner with stakeholders to develop new business processes and identify opportunities to optimize existing workflows and experiences.

• Analyze business needs and propose scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable direction for technical teams, while providing clarification and support throughout the development lifecycle.

• Support Agile development processes, including sprint and release planning, user acceptance testing, backlog refinement, and other relevant ceremonies.

• Support change management initiatives, including developing training materials, communication plans, launch plans, and other resources to enable successful adoption.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product & Technology teams, Corporate Data, Sales, and Go-to-Market stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business and user needs.

What you need to bring:

We’re a team of 100+ people located all over the globe (Canada, USA, EMEA, APAC). Our team is responsible for ensuring everyone across the organization has the tools and systems in place to effectively do their jobs.

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• Demonstrated Product Management, Project Management and/or Business Analysis in SaaS implementations;

• An impressive ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders

• Intermediate knowledge of standard Salesforce features;

• Proven success managing complex projects across multiple functional groups;

• Usage of Agile Methodologies such as scrum;

• Proven ability to drive decisions, positively influence other team members, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment;

• Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to pivot and reprioritize across multiple projects;

• Demonstrated abilities in leading design workshops, proposing solutions and building corresponding artifacts;

• Salesforce and Scrum Master certification preferred.

• As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
