1. 参与并逐步独立承担游戏前期GUI视觉探索，包括界面（UI Layout，界面布局）、图标（Icon Design，图标设计）及活动界面设计

2. 根据策划需求输出完整视觉方案，并在需求不完整时具备一定补全与优化能力

3. 参与界面规范制定，确保整体风格统一

4. 能主动发现界面体验或视觉问题，并提出优化方案

5. 参与外包资源的对接与反馈，逐步承担质量把控工作

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 3年以上GUI设计经验，有SLG（Simulation Game，策略游戏）项目经验，或具备复杂信息型界面设计经验

2. 具备多风格适配能力，能够驾驭写实或半写实视觉风格

3. 擅长图形设计，对图形控件等有较高完成度

4. 能基于用户体验或业务目标，解释设计决策（如布局、信息层级、交互逻辑）
