Stock Associate

Join our retail team of chocolate ambassadors who strive to provide the best consumer experience in our Lindt Chocolate Shops. We are currently recruiting for aStockAssociate to join our retail team at our Deerfoot Meadows Location.

Your availability: 20h per week, Day Time Availability (Mandatory)

Key responsibilities:

• Receiving Shipments

• Preparing transfers
• Keeping the stock room clean and tidy
• Ensuring Salesfloor is fully stocked
• Helping associates retrieve merchandise from the stock floor
• Act as a brand ambassador for our products
• Act as a team member to achieve sales targets and goals
• Support with cash handling and inventory duties including restock of products
• Assist with corporate gifting
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in retail sales

• Experience in retail inventory management
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs
• Demonstrated work experience as a retail sales associate, sales representative or similar role.
• Basic understanding of customer service practices and sales principles
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic, customer service-oriented personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle complaints in a timely manner.
• Availability to work flexible hours
• Must be bilingual
