[LINE Pay Taiwan] Senior Account Manager

LINE Pay Growth Marketing Team is looking for a Senior Account Manager with excellent business sense, marketing understanding, strong communication skills, and the ability to independently complete projects.

As an Account Manager in the Growth Marketing Team, you will act as a key partner to our merchants and stakeholders, identifying business opportunities and developing effective marketing solutions to support business growth. This role requires a combination of account management, marketing planning, and project management skills to create impactful initiatives with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Understanding the business needs of Key Accounts through communication with domestic and overseas partners and the Business Development team, and developing marketing campaign strategies and initiatives to drive user engagement and transaction growth.
• Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution, including campaign schemes, communication planning, cross-functional coordination, and performance evaluation.
• Working in close collaboration with the (Overseas & Domestic) Business Development team and the Branding team to implement marketing campaigns.
• Tracking, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting the performance of marketing events.
• Providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in account management, growth marketing, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both external / internal stakeholders.
• Experience with end-to-end project delivery, strong communication, problem-solving skills, believer in data-driven approaches, and a quick learner.
• A good team player, be able to work under pressure.
• Innovative and passionate about the internet, mobile payment and LINE Pay.
• Excellent in communication in both Mandarin and English. Korean fluency is a plus.
