[LINE Pay Taiwan] Video Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute short videos for LINE Pay's channels on IG, FB, and YouTube.
• Join the creative process, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and tone&manner.
• Independently handle the entire production: from filming (composition, lighting, audio, equipment operation) to post-production (captions, transitions, color grading, sound design).
• Conduct on-site or studio shoots as required and provide technical assistance for live streaming sessions.
• Partner with cross-departmental teams to ensure video content aligns with brand identity, business goals, and latest trends.
• Tailor video formats (vertical/horizontal/square) and editing rhythms to meet the specific requirements of different social platforms.

Requirements

• Highly skilled in filming and producing videos using mobile devices, DJI Pocket 3, or similar tools; capable of independent filming and editing.
• Professional fluency in Adobe Premiere Pro. Familiarity with other editing software or mobile tools (CapCut, InShot, Edits) is a significant plus.
• Deeply attuned to social media trends and algorithm changes; master of the pacing and "visual language" of Reels and Shorts.
• Proven ability in scripting and conceptual planning, including the design of camera movements and visual narratives.
• Proactive with excellent time management skills; able to deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with both internal teams and external partners.

• Familiarity with optimizing social media KPIs (Engagement, Share rate, View count).
• Experience in managing social media accounts or producing long-form YouTube content.
• Basic 2D animation skills or proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop / Illustrator).
• Previous experience in FinTech, brand storytelling, or product showcase videos.
• Proficiency in English or Korean.
