[Team/Position Description]

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Product Manager to lead the end-to-end strategy, growth, and execution of our AI products. In this role, you will bridge market insights, user behavior, and cutting-edge AI technology to build product roadmaps, define MVP scopes, and deliver high-impact user experiences. Working dynamically within an Agile environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional and international teams-spanning engineering, design, marketing, and operations-to align stakeholders and ensure seamless delivery.

Beyond core product execution, you will champion a data-informed growth culture. By defining key metrics (retention, CTR, conversion), running continuous A/B tests, and leveraging user lifecycle strategies, you will optimize user engagement and drive sustainable product adoption. [Responsibilities]

Product Strategy and Planning

• Develop product strategies aligned with the company’s AI product direction, market demands, and user needs.
• Write and maintain PRDs, plan product roadmaps, and clearly define MVP scopes and development milestones.
• Continuously track market trends and user behaviors to adjust priorities accordingly.

Market and User Understanding

• Conduct user research and competitive analysis, transforming insights into actionable product opportunities.
• Understand consumer needs and decision-making behaviors, particularly within travel and lifestyle services.
• Evaluate the impact of AI features on user experience and design proactive solutions.

Cross-Functional Communication and Collaboration

• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, legal, security, and operations teams to drive project progress.
• Communicate effectively across international teams, clearly articulating requirements and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Build consensus proactively to ensure smooth execution and delivery of results.

Project & Agile Management

• Familiar with Scrum or Kanban practices, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure progress and quality.
• Embrace the true spirit of Agile development - emphasizing value delivery, rapid validation, and continuous learning.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and resources to ensure consistent and reliable delivery.

Data Analysis & KPI Management

• Define and track key product metrics such as retention rate, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Apply A/B testing and behavioral analytics to drive data-informed product optimization.

Product Growth

• Plan and execute growth strategies across the full user lifecycle (Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Referral).
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to design experiments that increase user engagement and revisit rates.
• Foster a growth-oriented culture to enhance product stickiness and user satisfaction.

[Advanced Competency Requirements]

AI Technical Understanding

• Understand the applications and limitations of generative AI, recommendation systems, and voice or semantic models.
• Capable of prompt design, model selection, and basic evaluation of inference cost and performance.

• Balance user value and business outcomes through creative and data-driven problem-solving.
• Demonstrate a productization mindset, driving innovation through experimentation and validation.

Information Security Awareness

• Understand fundamental data protection and authorization principles, identifying potential risks during product design.

• Maintain clarity and decisiveness in high-ambiguity, fast-changing environments.

[Qualifications]

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager (PM) or Product Owner (PO) in internet services or software product development; experience in consumer-facing (2C) products is preferred. Candidates with additional experience in engineering, design, or project management are highly valued.
• Experience in AI product development or integration is a strong plus.
• Proficient in Agile development processes, with hands-on experience in cross-border collaboration.
• Strong product architecture skills and user empathy.
• Familiar with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Figma, and GA4, or other equivalent product management platforms.
• Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English; Japanese or Korean language ability is a plus.
