COMMERCIAL DATA & SYSTEMS LEAD – salesforce.com Solution Expert

Responsibilities:

• Conduct GAP analyses to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes or existing solutions, forming the basis for digital transformation initiatives
• Own a consolidated salesforce.com roadmap across business units and countries, balancing business impact, user needs, dependencies, and available capacity
• Manage end-to-end requirement processes including documentation, validation, and stakeholder alignment
• Create user stories, process documentation, and training materials for internal stakeholders and technical teams
• Coordinate and execute testing, UAT, and change management efforts as part of CRM system enhancements
• Encourage and pioneer AI implementation and usage across all sales and customer solutions processes
• Establish a country super-user network, role-based training, adoption monitoring for all solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business departments, and external partners to continuously improve CRM and reporting ecosystems
• Support data cleaning and preparation during system implementations, particularly in the areas of customer data, installed base, and service contracts
• "Own" salesforce.com structure, processes and data:
• Oversee all activities involving salesforce.com tool, define requirements for development
• Analyze, map, and optimize sales and commercial operations processes with a focus on data consistency, appropriate systems usage, efficiency, standardization, automation, and user experience

Qualifications

• Demonstrated SalesForce Power-user - a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in international environment
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service
• Support competencies (analytical approach, data management)
• English language – at least B2; Czech language is an advantage
• Digital literacy, e.g. Windows, CRM systems
• Communication skills
• Experience with project management and organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills and adaptibility
• Time management and prioritization
