About the Project

As a Business Analyst (IT), you will work on projects in the finance/stock exchange industry, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring successful project execution.

Tech Stack & Tools

• Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, UML
• Databases: SQL for data analysis
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to define project scope
• Create process models, user stories, and workflow diagrams
• Support testing and implementation of IT solutions
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities

Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modeling (BPMN/UML), and stakeholder management
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis
• Good command of English

Nice to Have

• Experience in the finance or stock exchange industry
• Familiarity with cloud-based IT solutions
• Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA
