Cybersecurity Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our Technology Consulting practice. In this role, you will lead complex client engagements and oversee the successful end-to-end delivery of high-impact cybersecurity initiatives across global organizations.

Operating within a regional Center of Excellence, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and senior business leadership, ensuring that security solutions-ranging from Identity Access Management to Cloud Security-are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead and deliver complex cybersecurity projects and programs, managing scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and quality standards.
• Global Matrix Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams in an international, matrixed environment where client stakeholders and technical delivery teams operate across multiple time zones.
• Executive Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, providing clear status updates, risk mitigations, capacity planning, and financial transparency.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with internal practice leads and external enterprise clients.
• Productivity Innovation: Leverage modern AI tools and frameworks to streamline delivery processes and boost personal and team efficiency.

Key Requirements

Must-Have:

• Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on project or program management experience, independently leading complex IT or cybersecurity implementations in international environments.
• Domain Knowledge: Holistic understanding of key cybersecurity domains (preferably in IAM/PAM, Cloud Security, GRC, Zero Trust, or Vulnerability Management).
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1 level).
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills suited for C-level and senior executive audiences.
• Agile & Adaptable: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive "can-do" problem-solving mindset.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience in Cyber Detection & Response or Cyber Threat Management.
• Hands-on familiarity with enterprise security products (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID).
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Cybersecurity credentials (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC).
• Prior experience in a professional services or management consulting firm.
• Fluency in an additional European language (German, French, or Spanish).
