Digital Transformation Operator

We are seeking a hands-on Digital Transformation Operator to build an automated, scalable Digital Commerce ecosystem from scratch-seamlessly connecting e-commerce platforms, CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and AI.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect, standardize, and scale our online store footprint (including PrestaShop development and migrations).
• Streamline and digitize core online commercial operations.
• Integrate storefronts with internal systems to ensure seamless multi-market scalability.
• Lead CRM rollout, designing end-to-end customer support workflows and data structures.
• Connect CRM with e-commerce and ERP systems to establish a unified customer view.
• Design fully automated workflows across the entire funnel:
• Deploy AI-driven tools, smart chatbots, and automated customer service touchpoints.
• Bridge online and offline channels to create a frictionless hybrid experience.
• Consolidate fragmented data streams across e-commerce, CRM, and ERP into a single source of truth.
• Drive operational decision-making using actionable business analytics and sales insights.
• Establish a modular, blueprint-based model designed for multi-region rollout across 10+ markets.

Key Requirements & Scope

• Proven track record in managing online storefronts, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital sales growth.
• Deep knowledge of the Lead-to-Order lifecycle (quotes, order flows, status tracking).
• Experience managing external IT vendors, software integrators, and digital marketing agencies (SEO, Performance).
• Expertise in optimizing unified online/offline customer experiences (Omnichannel).

Must-Have:

• Strong background in E-commerce and Digital Business Transformation.
• Extensive experience with CRM & ERP environments, along with system integration projects.
• Demonstrated mastery of process, marketing, and customer service automation.
• Proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional vendors, agencies, and tech teams.
• Strong data fluency coupled with a practical interest in AI implementation.
• Exceptional ability to translate business strategy into technical execution.

Nice-to-Have:

• Hands-on familiarity with PrestaShop and Zoho (or Magento / Shoper).
• Experience in B2B e-commerce environments.
• Background in Medical, Beauty, or Pharma verticals.
• Direct experience with cross-border e-commerce scaling and international expansion.
