Project Manager / Consultant with French

We are looking for a Project Manager / Consultant with strong French language skills to support large-scale transformation initiatives in distributed, multicultural environments.

The role combines project and programme delivery, Agile ways of working and consulting, with a strong focus on the Automotive sector and collaboration with French-speaking stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in large-scale project or programme implementation within distributed, multicultural environments.
• Proven experience working in an Agile environment, ideally in a Product Owner role.
• Proven experience in the Automotive sector.
• Excellent French and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • French: C2 / native or fully bilingual
  • English: minimum C1
• Higher education degree, preferably in Business, Technology, Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to prepare clear and concise executive summaries for senior leadership and external partners.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with international teams and clients.

Senior Consultant - additional requirements

For the Senior level, we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience, preferably focused on Digital and Agile Transformations.
• Strong proven experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • ServiceNow
  • Data Visualisation
  • Advanced Agile Transformation
• Proven experience working with France-based clients, particularly in AMOE or AMOA roles.

Staff Consultant - additional requirements

For the Staff level:

• Initial proven experience supporting or delivering digital transformation initiatives for French clients.
• Ability to operate effectively in a consulting environment and work with senior stakeholders.

Additional Information

• Experience in the Public Sector will be considered an advantage.
• The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work across business, technology and international stakeholder groups.
