Node.JS Developer

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with hands-on experience in Node.js and microservices architecture to join our team. If you enjoy building scalable systems using modern technologies and want to have a real impact on the architecture and development process, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js (e.g., Express, Nest)
• Develop microservices and manage inter-service communication (REST / event-driven)
• Integrate with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code (unit and integration tests)
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams
• Participate in architecture design and technology decisions
• Ensure application performance, quality, and security

Requirements:

• 4 years of commercial experience as a backend developer working with Node.js
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with microservices-based systems
• Good understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with REST API design principles
• Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization
• Experience working with Git and version control in team environments
• Communicative English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience with event-based architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS)
• Familiarity with GraphQL
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Cloud experience (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Interest or experience in integrating AI/ML services into backend applications (e.g., OpenAI API, AWS SageMaker, Hugging Face)
• Understanding of how to build and expose AI-powered features via APIs
