Power Platform Developer Copilot Studio

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled engineer to drive the creation of next-generation conversational AI and automation tools. In this role, you will leverage your deep knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader Power Platform ecosystem to architect, build, and deploy intelligent virtual agents that streamline business operations and elevate user experiences.

What You Will Do (Key Requirements):

• Conversational AI Architecture: Demonstrate deep, hands-on mastery of Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) by defining conversational UX guidelines, structuring topics, and managing complex entities.

• Ecosystem Integration: Seamlessly connect conversational agents with backend systems, external APIs, and the core Microsoft Power Platform framework (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse).

• Smart Solutions & Cloud Alignment: Apply AI-driven principles to design scalable agentic workflows. Exposure to cloud ecosystem components like Azure OpenAI or Cognitive Services will be considered a significant advantage.

• Business-to-Technical Translation: Partner with stakeholders to dissect complex requirements, turning business needs into robust, secure, and sustainable digital solutions.

• Delivery & Autonomy: Work efficiently in client-facing environments, showcasing strong analytical problem-solving skills and fluent communication in English.

Preferred Technical Insights (Nice to Have):

• Practical familiarity with building custom connectors for unique system integrations.

• Understanding of enterprise-level governance, data privacy, and security controls within the Power Platform.

• Experience tracking virtual agent performance through chatbot analytics to drive continuous user-experience optimization.
