Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team and support the development and optimization of marketing automation and customer engagement solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize marketing automation journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Work with Journey Builder to create and manage complex customer journeys and automated campaigns.
• Develop and manage email campaigns and templates using Email Studio.
• Create dynamic and personalized content using AMPscript.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for audience segmentation, data management, and campaign execution.
• Work with Salesforce data integrations, ensuring reliable data flows between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of implemented solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong hands-on experience with Journey Builder and Email Studio.
• Good knowledge of AMPscript and SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce data integrations and data flows between systems.
• Understanding of data extensions, segmentation, and customer data management.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Very Good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Salesforce CRM and integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of APIs and integration technologies.
• Experience with marketing automation, customer journeys, and personalization.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
