Security & PAM Specialist

Project: Next-generation greenfield digital bank in the UAE, building a scalable, cloud-native banking platform based on API-first, event-driven, and AI-native principles.

Tasks

• Design and implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Define and enforce privileged access security policies and controls.
• Integrate PAM platforms with IAM, SIEM, and security monitoring solutions.
• Support cloud transformation initiatives by collaborating with infrastructure, architecture, DevOps, and application teams.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze security incidents, recommend improvements, and act as a security subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, RBAC, MFA, SSO, and authentication technologies.
• Experience with SIEM solutions and security monitoring.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures, disaster recovery, and high-availability environments.
• Experience working within DevOps and CI/CD ecosystems.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards including ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS.
