UI Team Leader / Technical Lead
Role Overview
UI Team Leader / Technical Lead with strong technical expertise and proven leadership
experience to drive the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable user
interfaces. This role requires deep knowledge of modern front-end technologies and
frameworks, combined with excellent communication and team-building skills. Main
responsibilities are: guiding the team, ensuring delivery excellence, and fostering a
collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership
o Own the architecture and technical direction for UI development.
o Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
o Drive adoption of modern frameworks and tools for performance and
scalability.
- Team Management & Mentorship
o Lead and mentor a team of UI developers, providing guidance and support.
o Build strong relationships within the team to promote collaboration and
trust.
o Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.
- Delivery & Execution
o Oversee end-to-end delivery of UI components and applications.
o Ensure timely execution of processes and project milestones.
o Manage risks and resolve technical challenges proactively.
- Stakeholder Communication
o Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
o Communicate effectively on progress, risks, and technical decisions.
o Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Expertise
o Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
o Experience with component libraries and UI frameworks
o Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest)
o Solid understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and
responsive design.
- Leadership & Delivery
o Proven track record as a Team Lead and Technical Lead in UI development.
o Strong ability to manage delivery processes and ensure execution
excellence.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder
engagement.
- Additional
o Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
o Knowledge of design systems and scalable component architecture.
o Background in mentoring and developing team members
