- Identify, target, and develop strong relationships with B2B clients across industries (enterprise, FSI, manufacturing, etc.) to drive sales of IT solutions, connectivity services, and managed services.

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, to deal closure and post-sales handover.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and customer success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years proven track record in B2B sales within the IT, or Telco industry.
- Hunter mentality
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions such as cloud services, connectivity, cybersecurity, and data center offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
