- Monitor major opportunities and ensure the pipeline remains clean, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Validate opportunity hygiene and progression according to internal standards.
- Drive teams to expedite critical stages: sales pipeline advancement, delivery execution, and contract management.
- Work proactively to reduce bottlenecks so revenue can be recognized faster.
- Track and follow up on contract status, ensuring timely renewals, extensions, or closure.
- Identify risks related to expiring or stalled customer contracts and coordinate mitigation with relevant teams.
- Ensure processes across revenue operations are executed consistently and efficiently.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, PMO, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, delivery cycles, and contract management workflows.
- Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret pipeline data and drive actions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
