Job Summary

You will conduct vehicle inspections, prepare condition reports, coordinate servicing and repairs, manage vehicle movements, and maintain accurate records to ensure fleet readiness and quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections of newly delivered, used, and COE-renewed vehicles to identify defects and issues
• Prepare detailed vehicle condition reports and submit findings to the internal workshop team or relevant departments
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, detailing, and refurbishment based on operational priorities to maintain fleet quality
• Arrange and manage vehicle movements between car hangers, workshop, detailing centre, inspection centre, and other authorised locations
• Update vehicle status, location, readiness, and outstanding items accurately in the company’s system
• Maintain and organise PDI checklists, vehicle condition reports, and preparation records to ensure data accuracy and availability

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic automotive and vehicle technical knowledge; Nitec certification is an advantage
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry for accurate record keeping
• Ability to identify visible vehicle defects, body damage, missing accessories, and technical issues during inspections
• Experience in automotive, vehicle preparation, car rental, or used-car industries is advantageous
• Ability to coordinate effectively with workshop technicians and external vendors to ensure timely servicing
• Strong organisational, communication, and follow-up skills to manage multiple vehicles and deadlines efficiently
• Responsible and detail-oriented approach to managing vehicle preparation and movement tasks
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence to perform vehicle movements
• Willingness to perform hands-on vehicle preparation and vehicle movement as required
