Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner to join a Safeguarding Team based in South London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Social Worker looking to transition into a more management-based role. The role does involve holding a small complex caseload while having some management responsibility of the team and steeping up when the manager is absent.

Duties as a Safeguarding Advanced Practitioner:
- You will have a more complex caseload of Child Protection, pre-proceedings and court cases
- You will be responsible for assisting social workers to develop experience and skills in managing court work including co-working cases to assist in developing this experience.
- You will be required to deputise for the Team Leaders where needed
- You will support social workers so that their practice is effective, meets regulatory requirements, complies with statutory guidance, and learns from evidence-based interventions and innovative practice
Requirements as a Safeguarding Social Worker:
- Experience working in Child Protection, court work and permanency planning
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
