Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Learning Disabilities Team at Sturminster Newton, North Dorset.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with adults with learning disabilities, manage a complex caseload, and make a real difference within a supportive multi-disciplinary team.
Rate: Up to £35 per hour (Umbrella)
Working Pattern: Hybrid, minimum 2 days office-based per week
What will your responsibilities be?
- Manage a complex Learning Disabilities caseload
- Complete Care Act assessments, reviews, and support plans
- Undertake safeguarding and risk management work
- Support Court of Protection applications
- Contribute to Mental Health Tribunals
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, health professionals, and partner agencies
- Participate in MDT meetings and multi-agency working
- Maintain accurate case records and statutory documentation

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Qualified Social Worker
- Social Work England registration
- Adult Social Care experience
- Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014
- Experience managing complex caseloads
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
