Where You’llWork
This is a hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, Indiawith the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.
Why this Role Matters
As an Senior Operations Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in protecting Litera’s systems, data, and customers from evolving cyber threats. By leading security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and continuous security improvements, you will help ensure a resilient and compliant security posture. Your work will directly support business continuity, safeguard enterprise assets, and strengthen trust across the organization and with our customers.
WhatYou’llDeliver
Monitor, investigate, and respond to security threats and incidents across cloud and on-prem environments.
Lead vulnerability management efforts, including risk assessment, remediation, and escalation.
Implement and maintain security controls aligned with Zero Trust and security best practices.
Partner with IT, DevOps, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to strengthen security posture.
Support compliance initiatives, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, audit readiness, and policy management.
Drive continuous improvement through security automation, cloud security enhancements, and emerging technology adoption.
Stay current on evolving cyber threats and recommend security improvements across the organization.
What You’ll Bring
Must Haves:
5+ yrs years cybersecurity experience, SOC exposure preferred
Experience operating in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc)
Familiarity with a SIEM & SOAR platform; Familiarity with Sentinel/Defender a plus
Basic scripting experience; Python/PowerShell a plus
Awareness of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF).
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred certifications: CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, Any cloud security
Nice to Haves:
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Unyielding sense of curiosity and a strong desire to get to the “why”.
Challenges assumptions and approaches problems from unique perspectives when needed.
