Reporting To : Vice President - ADM

We are looking for a highly experienced Solution & Technical Architect ADM Services with 20+ years of experience exclusively within IT Services organizations, to lead end-to-end solution design and technical architecture for large and complex Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) engagements. The role will cover application development, Application Managed Services (AMS), L2/L3 support, application modernization, cloud migration, DevOps, SRE and continuous improvement for global enterprise clients. The candidate will work closely with sales, consulting, delivery and client technology teams to understand business requirements, define solution architecture, establish technology roadmaps, create scalable managed-service models and support large deal pursuits.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead solution and technical architecture for large ADM, AMS, modernization and transformation engagements.

- Own end-to-end solution design covering application development, maintenance, L2/L3 support, enhancements, backlog management, modernization, cloud migration, DevOps and SRE.

- Evaluate existing application landscapes and define modernization, migration and technology transformation roadmaps.

- Design scalable, secure and cost-effective architectures aligned with enterprise standards and client requirements.

- Partner with sales and delivery teams for RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, effort estimation, costing, transition planning, technical presentations and deal closure.

- Define appropriate delivery and managed-services models including AMS, ticket-based support, enhancement factories, backlog factories, continuous delivery and outcome-based models.

- Provide technical leadership during transition and transformation phases and ensure seamless movement from development to deployment and L2/L3 operations.

- Establish architecture governance, technology standards, quality gates, automation and continuous service improvement practices.

Technical Skills & Requirements :

- Strong foundation in application architecture across one or more technology stacks such as Java/Spring Boot, .NET/.NET Core or equivalent enterprise technologies.

- Strong understanding of integration and messaging technologies including REST, GraphQL, Kafka, Event Hubs and iPaaS/ESB platforms such as MuleSoft or Azure Integration Services.

- Experience with API management platforms such as Azure API Management, Apigee, Kong or similar.

- Hands-on understanding of Azure, AWS and/or GCP, including cloud-native architecture, containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift and microservices.

- Strong knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps, including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions and Jenkins, along with artifact management, release strategies and automated quality gates such as SAST, DAST and dependency scanning.

- Exposure to observability, automation, reliability engineering and SRE practices is highly desirable.

ADM & Managed Services Expertise :

- Proven experience across the complete ADM lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, production support, L2/L3 operations and Continuous Service Improvement (CSI).

- Strong experience designing and implementing AMS and managed-service operating models, including incident/problem management, SLAs, ticket-based support, enhancement pipelines, backlog factories, release management and continuous delivery.

- Experience in application modernization and cloud migration within large enterprise environments is essential.

Mandatory Experience :

- 20+ years of total experience in IT Services organizations.

- Strong experience in ADM delivery and solution architecture.

- Proven experience architecting large and complex ADM/AMS engagements.

- Strong exposure to application modernization, cloud, DevOps and SRE.

- Experience in solutioning, estimation, transition and managed-services design.

- Excellent communication, client-facing and technical presentation skills.

- Ability to influence senior technology stakeholders and lead architecture decisions.

- Candidates from product companies, captive/GCC environments, or organizations without significant IT Services/ADM experience will not be considered.

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical discipline. Relevant cloud, architecture or technology certifications are preferred.

Ideal Candidate :

A senior Solution Architect / Technical Architect / Enterprise Architect / ADM Architect / Solutioning Leader with strong IT Services experience who can bridge technology architecture, ADM delivery, solutioning and business requirements, and independently shape scalable solutions for large global enterprise engagements.
