You will:

Manage the Collaboration & Productivity Platforms function and establish priorities aligned to shared goals and operational excellence.

Lead planning and delivery for collaboration and productivity platform initiatives across their six-, 12-, and 18-month plans.

Define clear responsibilities, milestones, and measures of success for platform programs and operational improvements.

Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize work, and deliver reliable platform capabilities.

Establish and maintain operational processes, documentation, and performance measures for supported platforms.

Identify opportunities to improve adoption, productivity, reliability, and the employee experience.

Track progress against commitments and communicate status, risks, decisions, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain an 18-month roadmap that reflects near-term execution and longer-term platform strategy.

Your team will:

• Support the collaboration and productivity platforms used by LiveRampers across the organization.
• Help solve platform reliability, adoption, lifecycle, governance, and operational challenges.
• Deliver improvements that connect LiveRampers to new ideas and to one another.
• Partner with teams across LiveRamp to provide consistent, scalable, and well-documented platform experiences.
• Measure the impact of platform initiatives and use results to inform future priorities.

About you:

• Experience managing collaboration and productivity platforms in a corporate IT environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology programs from planning through delivery.
• Ability to define priorities, milestones, measures of success, and roadmaps.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience establishing operational processes, documentation, and governance for technology platforms.
• Experience managing competing priorities and communicating risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Commitment to inclusive, collaborative teams and operational excellence.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting collaboration and productivity platforms in a global organization.
• Experience improving platform adoption, employee productivity, or user experience.
• Experience developing six-, 12-, and 18-month technology plans.
• Experience using platform metrics and stakeholder feedback to guide prioritization.
• Experience with privacy-conscious technology operations and data ethics.
