Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager - Contract Logistics to drive growth across our clients 3PL (third-party logistics) business. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships and delivering tailored logistics solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance supply chain performance. You will act as a consultative sales professional, working closely with prospects to understand their logistics needs and design competitive warehousing and distribution solutions. The role covers the UAE and wider Middle East region, with a strong focus on achieving revenue and growth targets.

Responsibilities Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across warehousing and distribution services Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients within target markets Conduct needs analysis of client supply chains and propose suitable 3PL solutions Provide presales consultation on technical and operational logistics requirements Prepare and deliver high-quality commercial and technical proposals Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in line with company objectives Achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets Collaborate with operations, finance and senior management to ensure solution feasibility Maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term business growth
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field 6-8 years of experience in business development or sales within the 3PL / contract logistics industry Strong knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and supply chain operations Proven experience in contract logistics sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in B2B sectors such as metals, FMCG, oil & gas equipment's, retail etc. Experience in preparing and presenting commercial and technical proposals to corporate clients Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Strong command of English; additional regional languages are an advantage
