Standard Job Description
You will be the Electrical Harness Engineer - Level 3 for the Electrical Systems Team which is responsible for delivering reliable, high-performance wiring solutions across aerospace platforms.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Electrical Harness Engineer - Level 3 you will be responsible for researching, developing, designing, and testing electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks that support mission-critical applications.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Define and develop electrical harness architectures that meet performance and safety requirements.
- Create detailed design documentation, schematics, and routing diagrams for commercial, industrial, and domestic applications.
- Conduct functional and environmental testing to verify harness integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate harnesses into larger system builds.
- Continuously improve design processes and implement best-in-class engineering practices.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
Experience creating electrical schematics or wiring diagrams.
Experience with Capital Logic, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent Electronic Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool.
Experience performing Root Cause/Corrective Action troubleshooting
Hands on engineering experience with aircraft hardware or equivalent.
Ability to obtain and maintain Active Secret Clearance per business requirements
Desired Skills
Electrical Harness Design and Installation Experience HIGHLY DESIRED
Experience working on a small team covering all aspects of system design from concept through testing
Engineering experience working power systems or performed electrical load analysis.
Knowledge of industry electrical wire harness assembly fabrication and installation methods and processes.
Experience with Teamcenter, ENOVIA or equivalent PLM software.
Active Secret Clearance
5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
