The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Support Account Executives in the delivery and servicing of client insurance programmes
- Place a wide range of cross-class commercial risks within the market
- Provide clear, expert, and timely advice to clients on their insurance needs
- Build strong relationships with insurer partners and key stakeholders
- Deliver exceptional client service through efficient handling of mid-term adjustments and queries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all documentation is completed to a high standard
- Uphold strict client confidentiality at all times
- Ensure all activities are compliant with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who is technically minded, client-focused, and motivated to grow their career within a leading global brokerage.
- Extensive experience in corporate / commercial insurance account handling
- Strong understanding of technical insurance principles and products
- Experience managing a varied client base
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
