Innovation Intern, Scenario Lab (1-YEAR CONTRACT)

The Team & Role:

The TW Innovation Intern in Scenario Lab is a contract based role and responsible for supporting internal and external innovative events, analyzing needs from users, visualizing the innovative ideas, generating concept proposals, building experience prototypes and validating concepts by testing with users at Logitech Hsinchu site.

• Support and organize the selective and regional innovation events
• Maintain and enrich the innovation database with visualized contents
• Enhance the selected ideas with further User Experience verification
• Related information searching and concept solution discussion
• Create experience-focused design proposals and prototypes
• Visualize the concept developing result with graphic and video format
• Collect the needed material for prototyping and recruit users for concept testing

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• Experienced in Industrial design or UX Design and physical/digital prototyping
• Visualization skills such as presentation layout, format design, graphics design, image process and video editing.
• Design Thinking and making progress from user information managing, ideas generating, prototyping and validations
• Familiar with different prototyping materials and tools
• Teamwork and positive mindset
• Fluent English skill on explaining ideas and result presentation

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

• Multicultural experience will be preferred
• Design-based skills
• Mixing Science or Engineering would be a plus.

Education:

• Postgraduate students are preferred
