Main activities:

  • Act as the Store Manager's substitute by taking over their operational responsibilities during their absences or when they are unavailable.
  • Coordinate day-to-day store tasks (scheduling, restocking, opening/closing) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support team oversight (attendance, adherence to guidelines, quality of service) by ensuring consistency in on-the-floor standards.
  • Help maintain the store's service and image standards by ensuring they are followed on a daily basis.
