YOUR ROLE:

We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our L’Oréal Luxe team, having the chance to work with colleagues from the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Retail Intelligence &Visual Merchandising Manager requires motivated, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:

• Leading the collection, consolidation, and analysis of key retail and VM metrics to measure in-store performance and ROI.
• Coordinating and governing the European Retail Database process locally, ensuring data quality, alignment, and timely reporting.
• Contributing to POSM 1&2 budget/trends construction with brands and Finance controllers.
• Contributing to proper sizing and forecasting of POSM 1&2 for the entire division (guidelines & methodology).
• Consolidating capex builder files with finance.
• Facilitating regular POSM 1&2 planning meetings with marketing, finance, supply chain and commerce teams.
• Co-analyzing and matching regularly POSM performance and suggest sizing/format evolutions & POSM2 demand andstocks with BU activation teams.
• Optimizing POSM1 & POSM 2 investments by clusters of distribution.
• Co-validating orders in MyMarket following indirect purchasing guidelines & thresholds.
• Contributing to selection of local providers in coordination with indirect purchasing.
• Analyzing POSM performance and supervising in-store execution audits.
• Contributing to bad-stock plan with brands and supply chain teams.
• Ensuring POSM data quality and tool adoption (POSM tracker, EDC, input, coding, updates at each step…).
• Executing locally all transformation projects related to POSM (new tools, organization & processes changes…).
• Contributing to innovation initiatives related to POSM (Perf optimization, Eco-design, in store effectiveness…).
• Acting as the central point of contact to consolidate visual merchandising needs, timelines, and budgets across all divisions, finding synergies where possible.
• Developing and maintaining 360° visual plans per key retailer, aligning L'Oréal’s brand priorities with retailer promotional calendars.
• Overseeing the visual execution of in-store animations, key promotional podiums, and theatrical launches, ensuring maximum brand visibility and premium execution.
• Tracking and optimizing our Share of Shelf (SoS) visually, ensuring planograms are respected and designed to capture consumer attention.
• Identifying opportunities to consolidate POS display production and execution across brands/divisions to achieve cost efficiencies.
• Establishing and managing a local retail maintenance process to ensure swift repairs of permanent fixtures, guaranteeing our in-store furniture always looks pristine and functional.
• Locally executing and driving the adoption of all division-wide VM and POSM transformation projects (e.g., new digital tools, organizational shifts, and process enhancements).
• Contributing to L'Oréal’s sustainability goals ('L'Oréal for the Future') by implementing eco-designed POSM/VM solutions, optimization of transport volumes, and circular end-of-life programs.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree
• Hasbetween 2 and 5 years of experience
• Experience in trade marketing and retail operations is an advantage
• Is familiar with planograms and technical VM guidelines
• Is proficient in budget management, prioritization, and navigating data & processes related to POSM
• Has excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Has experience working in cross-functional environments
• Is detail-oriented, autonomous, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Is highly skilled in MS Office (with focus on Excel)
• Is fluent in Croatian and English language
