  • Unterstützung der Bezirksleitungen
  • Arbeiten nach Dienstplan, auch an Samstagen, zur Gewährleistung von Service-Zeiten

Ihr Profil

  • mit mind. gutem Erfolg abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erster berufsqualifizierender Studienabschluss
  • erste Berufserfahrung im Kunden- oder B2B-Service wünschenswert
  • idealerweise Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und technisches Verständnis
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Kundenkommunikation)
  • ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs-, Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsstärke, Engagement und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team sowie
  • eine sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
