Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fortentwicklung eines Marketing-Controllings zur kanalübergreifenden und kennzahlenbasierten Steuerung der Kommunikations- und Vertriebskampagnen,
  • IT-Projekt-/Anforderungsmanagement zur Implementierung von Marketing-Suiten/Tools,
  • Erstellung von Kampagnenreportings zur Erfolgsmessung und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für die Verbesserung der Kampagnenplanung,
  • Identifikation von potenziellen Abbruchpunkten und Barrieren in der Nutzerführung, im Registrierungsprozess und bei Online-Spielteilnahmen,
  • kundenzentrierte Analyse von User-Journeys für ein effektives Zusammenspiel von Offpage-Kampagnen und Onpage-Conversions (Leads, Sales),
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen internen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern/Agenturen für die Zielgruppenansprache und Featureentwicklung,
  • Markt-, Trend- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung.

Ihr Profil

  • Teamgeist und Leidenschaft für komplexe und analytische Sachverhalte,
  • ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium, vorzugsweise in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Medienmanagement
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem E-Commerce-Umfeld,
  • hohe analytische Kompetenz, ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und Erfahrungen im Multichannel-Kampagnenmanagement,
  • ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Einsatzbereitschaft sowie
  • eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
