Junior Accountant

• Process daily payment to supplier and ensure all documents are valid and align with SOP and matrix Approval.
• Prepare scheduled vendor payment proposals based on approved invoices and payment due dates.
• Prepare cash advance payment and reimbursement from employees as well as the settlement control.
• Manage petty cash for daily transaction.
• Perform bank and intercompany transaction reconciliation to support closing process.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments, and account reconciliations to support closing process
• Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in the appropriate accounting period
• Perform Monthly Balance Sheet Review
• Perform counterparty and ledger settlement to ensure the cleanliness and validity of the ledger.
• Provide supporting documents and other necessary data for audit process.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in related field
• Knowledge of accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reconciliation.
• Ability to use Microsoft office and ERP / Accounting Systems.

• Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)
