Rejoignez Louvre Hotels, un acteur majeur de l'hôtellerie en Europe. En tant que Comptable Clients / Analyste OTC, vous serez responsable du suivi quotidien des activités de comptabilité clients, de la gestion des encaissements à la mise à jour des comptes clients. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre prestataire externe et contribuerez à l'amélioration continue des processus OTC.

Missions

  • Assurer le suivi des encaissements clients et leur correcte affectation dans les systèmes comptables.
  • Réaliser les opérations de rapprochement entre paiements reçus et factures ouvertes, et effectuer les relances clients.
  • Contrôler la qualité des opérations réalisées par le BPO sur les activités de facturation, recouvrement et affectation des paiements.

Profil recherché

  • Formation supérieure en Comptabilité, Finance, Gestion ou domaine équivalent.
  • Expérience de 1 à 3 ans dans un environnement Comptabilité Clients (Accounts Receivable), Order-to-Cash (OTC) ou Finance Opérationnelle.
  • Première expérience du suivi des encaissements, du recouvrement ou du rapprochement comptable appréciée.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus de comptabilité clients et de gestion des encaissements.
  • Capacité à analyser et résoudre les écarts et anomalies.
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et souci du détail.
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel.
  • La connaissance d'un ERP (SAP, Oracle ou équivalent) constitue un atout.
  • Anglais professionnel niveau débutant à intermédiaire (A2-B1), notamment pour échanger dans un environnement international.
