Job Description
Execute various performance testing types including Baseline Load Endurance Stress Volume Network Disaster Recovery DR Failover Spike and SaaS basedCOTS applications Analyze system behavior and performance bottlenecks under different load conditions Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate performance testing into continuous integrationcontinuous deployment CICD pipelines Utilize performance testing tools to simulate realworld user traffic and monitor system responsiveness Interpret test results and provide actionable insights for performance optimization Support the design and development of performance test plans and scripts aligned with business requirements Ensure adherence to performance testing standards and best practices within the DevOps framework
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead performance testing initiatives from planning through execution and reporting
Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as Oats JMeter Blazemeter and Neoload
Identify analyze and troubleshoot performance issues and provide recommendations for improvement
Work closely with development QA and operations teams to ensure performance requirements are met
Mentor junior team members on performance testing methodologies and tool usage
Continuously evaluate and recommend new performance testing tools and techniques
Document performance testing processes results and lessons learned to enhance team knowledge
Participate in performance capacity planning and help define performance benchmarks
