  • Data Quality AssuranceValidate data accuracy and consistency across reports identifying and resolving data quality issues in collaboration with data sources owners
  • Documentation Knowledge Sharing Document data models report specifications and best practices provide training and support to dashboard users
  • Performance Optimization Optimize Power BI and ServiceNow reports for performance including DAX optimization query efficiency and ServiceNow platform performance best practices

    Job Responsibilites

  • Act as reporting expert for Infrastructure teams onPower BI and ServiceNow platforms delivering highquality dashboards that support datadriven decisionmaking
  • Manage the complete reporting lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment maintenance and continuous improvement across both platforms
  • Build and maintain ServiceNow native reporting solutions including reports dashboards Performance Analytics and custom applications
  • Ensure all dashboards meet quality standards including data accuracy visual consistency performance benchmarks and user accessibility
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting capabilities by identifying new metrics visualization techniques and automation opportunities
  • Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on Power BI and ServiceNow reporting capabilities report interpretation and selfservice analytics
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow BI Team Data Engineers and IT teams to ensure proper data integration governance and security compliance

    • Required Skills Experience

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI including Power BI Desktop Power BI Service data modeling DAX and Power Query M language
    • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow reporting and analytics including Report Designer Performance Analytics dashboards and custom widgetsapplications
    • Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture data model tables relationships CMDB and scripting capabilities for advanced reporting needs
    • Strong experience in data modeling including starsnowflake schemas data transformations and relational database concepts
    • Experience integrating ServiceNow data with Power BI and other external data sources into unified reporting solutions
    • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and UXUI principles for dashboard design
    • Knowledge ofIT Infrastructure and ITSM metricsavailability incidents changes problems capacity SLA compliance etc
    • Experience with performance optimization techniques for both Power BI and ServiceNow platforms
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
    • Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and gather clear requirements
    • Besthave Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification PL300 andor ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA
