  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to facilitate clear communication and understanding of business needs.
  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements to support strategic project objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.
  • Support the delivery of business and technology initiatives by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights that inform business decision-making.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle to maintain alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in managing risks and issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Employ tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio to document and track requirements and progress.
  • Apply knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to adapt to varying project needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
  • Support testing activities, including test case reviews and validation of delivered solutions.
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide actionable business insights.
  • Manage stakeholder communications effectively and ensure alignment across global and cross-functional teams.
