    Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daytoday production support for businesscritical applications
  • Review application server and infrastructure logs to identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Manage production incidents including userimpacting issues branch outages and infrastructurerelated events
  • Coordinate with problem management teams to perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
  • Develop and maintain operational runbooks monitoring dashboards and ing mechanisms
  • Partner with infrastructure application and support teams to address technology and process gaps
  • Ensure timely communication and status updates to stakeholders management and senior leadership during incidents
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives focused on availability stability and operational efficiency
  • Support production releases maintenance activities and change implementations
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and operational readiness across support teams

    • Preferred Experience

    • Experience supporting applications in the Banking or Financial Services domain
    • Strong understanding of enterprise production support and service management processes
    • Experience working in 24x7 support environments
    • Exposure to monitoring tools such as Splunk Dynatrace AppDynamics or similar platforms
    • Familiarity with infrastructure and application support across distributed systems
