About the Team

The Logistics team enables reliable material flow across Lucid’s warehouse, manufacturing, engineering, and corporate operations. The team coordinates inventory, transportation, shipping, receiving, and internal delivery so materials are available where and when they are needed. Team members work across functions in a fast-moving environment where safety, inventory accuracy, documentation quality, and responsive service directly support operational performance. The group combines hands-on warehouse execution with data, systems, and continuous improvement to strengthen the broader logistics network.

About the Role

This coordinator-level role reports to a Logistics Manager and exists to provide consistent day-to-day control of material movements, inventory transactions, and shipping and receiving activities. • Inventory Integrity: Investigate shortages, inventory variances, and system issues; identify root causes; and implement practical corrective actions that improve record accuracy.

  • Operational Alignment: Coordinate with internal customers, logistics teams, carriers, suppliers, manufacturing, and engineering to prioritize requirements and address material-flow constraints.

  • Process Improvement: Use operational data, dashboards, and frontline observations to implement improvements that strengthen delivery performance, space utilization, productivity, and cost control.
