Role Responsibilities
- PR Gift liaison: Help with logistics for all PR packages
- Tracking & organizing the seeding & gifting list (take note of names to gift, items that were sent out, new addresses/ contracts, updating the manual EMV tracker, etc.)
- Monthly consolidation of online reports
- Support in expense claims
- Support in retailtainment supplier bookings
- Support in on-ground events (retailtainment, shopping party)
- Support in coordination for social media posts (influencer and retailer)

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (3rd or 4th year)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
